PR Manager

Deb joined the FoodCycle staff team in summer 2024, bringing over 20 years’ experience in journalism, PR, and charity communications. She found her passion for storytelling as a reporter and news editor at regional newspapers before moving into public relations, supporting clients across sectors including retail, sports, health, and food. Since moving into charity communications she has a particular focus on social justice, and loves helping people share their stories. A keen cook, she initially found FoodCycle as a volunteer, and knows first hand the difference community dining can make to people’s lives. Outside of work, Deb enjoys playing in a band, hiking, and swimming.

Senior Marketing Officer

Jess joined FoodCycle in September 2020 after graduating from the University of East Anglia with a degree in International Development. Passionate about making a difference, she was drawn to FoodCycle’s mission of bringing people together through the power of a shared meal. She knows just how special food can be in creating connections so is excited to get stuck in! In her spare time, Jess loves spending time, with friends, exploring new places (especially for the food!), and unwinding with a good game of Sudoku.
