Keeping Our Guests and Volunteers Safe

We know that with rising COVID-19 cases there is some nervousness out there.  Under the current guidelines we can continue to run our services and we have processes and policies in place to help keep everyone as safe as possible.

The government has recently made some changes to the restrictions, so we wanted to outline what we have in place at FoodCycle, to help protects our guests and volunteers.

When attending a Project please follow the below guidelines:

  • All volunteers and guests should wear a face covering when inside the building (they can be removed when sat down to eat and you do not need to wear one if you are exempt)
  • Guests and volunteers will need to provide their contact details for Track and Trace
  • Windows and doors will be kept open to increase ventilation and help with airflow
  • Volunteers should wash hands frequently and both guests and volunteers should use the hand sanitizer that is provided

Please remember if you are showing any symptoms of COVID, no matter how mild, please do not attend a Project.

We appreciate your co-operation in sticking to the above guidelines, so we can all help to keep each other safe.
