Equipment needed: Baking dish(es), grater and mixing bowl(s)
Preheat your oven to 160°C fan/180°C non fan/gas mark 4.
Butter your baking dish(es).
Mix together the rolled oats, soft brown sugar, ground cinnamon, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl
Core the apples then grate them.
Mix the grated apples into the dry mixture.
Mix together the milk, eggs and vanilla. Melt the butter then add it to the milk and eggs mixture.
Combine everything together and mix well.
Add the mixture to the baking dish(es).
Put in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until cocktail stick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Serve with custard and with caramelised bananas
