Middle Eastern Carrot Salad

carrots (peeled and grated)

olive oil

tbsp

lemon juice

1.5

garlic cloves (peeled and crushed)

tsp

ground cumin

1

tsp

sweet paprika

Equipment needed: Grater & mixing bowl

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together.

  2. Cover and allow to sit in the fridge for at least two hours before serving.

Top Tips:

If you’ve got some available, add some harissa paste to this salad for extra flavouring!
