brussels sprouts (peeled and chopped)

tinned peas

potatoes (peeled and chopped)

vegetable stock

Equipment needed: Hob, large saucepan and blender/food processor
Fry onions in oil for about 10 minutes over a medium-low heat.
Add potatoes and fry for a further 5 minutes.
Add sprouts, broccoli, tinned peas and vegetable stock.
Bring to the boil, then leave to simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and liquidise with a blending stick/food processor. Add salt and pepper to taste.
