green or white cabbage(s)

natural yoghurt
mayonnaise
Equipment needed: Grater & mixing bowl
Peel and remove ends of carrots.
Grate the carrot. Slice cabbage into large chunks and remove core. Chop finely.
Combine carrot and cabbage with mayonnaise and yoghurt. Season with salt and pepper.
