MJ’s extra tasty potatoes

Ingredients

potatoes (unpeeled)

tsp

cumin

tbsp

mix herbs

4

tbsp

oil

Equipment needed: mixing bowl and baking tray.

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 185°C fan/200°C  non fan/gas mark 6.

  2. Cut the potatoes into quarters and add them to a large bowl.

  3. Add the oil, herbs, spices and salt and pepper.

  4. Rub everything together so it’s evenly coated.

  5. Cook in oven for 45 minutes

1 tsp = 5 ml
