Classic Tzatziki

Greek yoghurt

cucumber(s) (sliced finely)

garlic clove(s) (crushed)

bunch(es) of fresh dill (chopped)

dried oregano

red wine vinegar

handful(s) of olives

olive oil

Equipment needed: Mixing bowl

Method

  1. Mix the yoghurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, oregano and red wine vinegar together in a bowl.

  2. Make a dipping with the back of the spoon in the middle of the bowl and fill with the olive oil.

  3. Garnish with olives if you’ve got them to hand.

  4. Serve with flatbreads/pitta bread.
