FoodCycle Peckham is now growing and establishing itself at All Saints Church, just off bustling Rye Lane. Peckham is an exciting place to be based and the project has been initiated in response to local issues of food waste, a desire to build community by providing a welcoming space for people to come and eat together and as a help to people struggling with food poverty.
We serve a free and tasty three course meals every Saturday 5.30-7pm and are open to all.
The Hub is only made possible with the great volunteers giving their time, enthusiasm and energy. We have opportunities available for people to come along and cook, host guests and be involved in collecting the surplus food donations from local suppliers. The beauty of FoodCycle is that you can come for as many or as few sessions as you like, as well as signing up for part or all of the sessions.
You don’t need to have any previous cooking experience, although if you do that is just as welcome! We want as many local volunteers as possible and everyone is welcome to be a part of the hub.
Please register to volunteer here and take the Food Safety Quiz or you can email [email protected] for more information.
Our weekly meal takes place on a Saturday dinnertime at the All Saints Church Hall on Blenheim Grove. We have a fantastic kitchen and dining space and are fortunate to have strong links with other community organisations. We will be offering a 3 course vegetarian meal for anyone who would benefit from it.
The Hub is a safe and welcoming place for you to come along and meet some friendly people and share a hot, nutritious meal. There are also opportunities available for you to volunteer!

Our community meals are open to all and brought to you with the support of All Saints Peckham, on Blenheim Grove. We're working with Sainsbury's and other local suppliers to create delicious meals in a wonderful location!

Day 5 of the Breadline Challenge and FoodCycle’s Fundraising Officer, Tess, celebrates the power of food… It’s day 5 of the Breadline Challenge and it’s been frustrating, distracting and more than a little revealing.
