An evening of fun and plenty, the Green & Pleasant Land gala dinner will be a celebration of our country and our communities – and will raise valuable funds for FoodCycle projects. We will be joined by our host for the night, the fabulous Jay Rayner, and seven of the world’s finest chefs for a superb meal.
Our silent auction is now live (we have some truly amazing prizes to bid for) and a chance to meet other supporters of FoodCycle.
Dishes will be created by FoodCycle ambassador Giorgio Locatelli* of Locanda Locatelli, Shay Cooper* of The Goring, Skye Gyngell* of Spring, Anna Hansen MBE from The Modern Pantry, Cyrus Todiwala OBE* of Cafe Spice, Ben Tish of Salt Yard, and Angela Hartnett MBE* of Murano and this really is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
One of the most high-profile women in the restaurant world, we couldn’t be more delighted that Angela will be cooking for FoodCycle’s Green & Pleasant gala dinner.
New Zealand born and now leading the London food scene, Anna heads up The Modern Pantry with her beautiful, creative cuisine.
From Skegness to Salt Yard shining star, Ben Tish is so kindly supporting FoodCycle once again at our gala dinner.
Now in its twentieth year, Cyrus’s restaurant Cafe Spice has become an east London institution for its bold and imaginative menus.
Considered one of the finest Italian chefs, Giorgio has supported FoodCycle since 2012 and we are so happy he is returning to cook for us at this special event.
Originally from Australia, Skye is renowned for her fresh, seasonal and delicate cuisine that celebrates natural taste and flavour.
